模糊PI控制在电梯门机系统中的应用

摘    要:为改善电梯门机系统中固定的转速PI参数不能根据电梯门重量变化而自适应调整的缺点,提出一种改进的模糊PI控制方法,用于电梯门机控制系统中.在永磁同步电机矢量控制速度环的模糊控制模块的设计中,创新性的引入电流对PI参数的影响.基于Matlab/Simulink的控制系统仿真结果和工程实验表明,该方法可实现智能控制,相较于传统PI系统对不同的电梯门机系统都可获得更好的动态性能.

Abstract:In elevator door control systems, control results are not satisfied because constant PI parameters cannot adjust automatically to different door weights. An improved fuzzy PI control method is proposed in this paper to solve this problem. Employing vector control method to control PMSM, a key step in the method is considering the current when the controller automatically tuning PI parameters. Simulation results and projects demonstrate that the new method, as an intelligent control method, has much better dynamic performances when controlling different kinds of elevator doors, especially compared with traditional PI control systems.
