基于RecurDyn的斗轮取料机铲斗工作过程仿真

摘    要:根据离散单元法将物料简化成为三维圆形颗粒模型,运用多体动力学软件RecurDyn对斗轮取料机铲斗在三维圆形物料模型下的工作过程进行模拟仿真,分析在工作过程中铲斗的动态应力应变,确定铲斗的危险点及此时的相关数据,获得平均单位切割阻力数据.结果表明,仿真与经验数据相符,可为今后斗轮取料机铲斗的设计提供参考.
