摘    要:对春玉米进行锌-65示踪实验表明,苗期叶面喷施锌肥后很快被吸收,8小时后大量转入茎部,4天内茎、叶对锌-65的吸收分别占总吸收量的47.5%和40.9%.抽雄期喷施,主要运转入生殖器官,最后大量积累到籽粒中.锌的放射性强度由植株顶端至根基各组织器官逐渐减小,幼嫩组织中锌的含量高于老化组织.成熟期春玉米植株中锌的分布不同,即籽粒>茎、叶>根,而玉米果穗中部籽粒的锌含量明显高于上下两端.

Abstract:By using the trace test with ~(65)Zn it has been shown that the absorption of fertilizer zinc was very fast by seedling stage spring maize when spray upon the leaf surface, the absorbed amount increased with increasing the time. A great number of zinc translocate in the stem after 8 hours. The absorbed amount of ~(65)Zn by stem and leaf within 4 days make up 47.5% and 40.9% of the total absorbed amount respectively. While spray in the earing stage, zinc translocate into reproductive organs a few time later and translocate into seeds at last. The radioactivity of ~(65)Zn decreased gradually from top to base in corn plant and the content of zinc in the delicate tissueswas higher than that in the old tissues. The distribution of zinc in the organs of ripening stage spring maize was not the same: kernels > stem and leaves > roots and the zinc content in the middle was higher than that in the upper and lower part of corn ear.
