管棚成孔引起的地表沉降

摘    要:针对浅埋暗挖法施工中管棚成孔引起的地表沉降,通过离心模型试验,分别就中108和中159管棚成孔应力释放产生的地表沉降进行模拟分析,归纳出地表沉降与管棚数量和管棚直径相关的方程.以南京地铁1号线南京站站的下穿沪宁铁路的双洞隧道的72根管棚施工为例进行计算,所得的近似解与实测值具有良好的一致性.

Abstract:To deal with the ground surface settlement that occurs in the drilling process of the pipe roof applied in the construction method of cutting under the shallow overburden, the ground surface settlement caused by the stress release in the drilling phase of two kinds of pipe roof of which the diameters are 108 mm and 159 mm respectively is simulated and analyzed by means of the centrifuge model tests. The equation about the correlation between the ground surface settlement and the quantity and diameter of the pipe roof is summed up. A case study is conducted on the construction of the 72 pipes roof adopted in the double tunnel of the Nanjing Station of Nanjing Metro Line No 1 that cross under the Huning Railway, the approximate solution is well consistent with the measure result.
