| 摘 要： | 介绍了数字信号处理器DSP的SPI接口的特点，并设计了铁电存贮器FRAM 与DSP器件TMS320LF2407的SPI接口硬件电路，在分析FRAM器件的工作原理基础上设计了基于SPI通信的DSP与FRAM之间的接口程序.
