| Abstract: | This paper has studied the phthalocyanin complex of Cobalt synthesized by benzene bitter wine-urea law,and after depuration,an infrared, ultra-violet spectrograph determination is carried.The synthesis and attribute result indicate that the infrared spectrum attribute extrapolation structure is reliable,and the ultra-violet spectrograph analysis indicated has the characteristic to absorb the peak place |
