摘    要:通过对晋商的原始商业信件等各类研究文献进行分析,阐明晋商票号组织人才甄选与培训制度,得出晋商票号人事价值观,总结人才甄选与员工培训工作的经验与教训,分析晋商票号人才甄选与培训思想在当代组织的意义。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of all kinds of research literatures such as original business letters of shanxi merchants,this paper depicts the method of selecting talents and training regulations,deduces its human resource value,then summarizes the experiences and lessons in talents selection and training.Moreover,the significances of these methods to modern organizations are pointed out.
