| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of all kinds of research literatures such as original business letters of shanxi merchants,this paper depicts the method of selecting talents and training regulations,deduces its human resource value,then summarizes the experiences and lessons in talents selection and training.Moreover,the significances of these methods to modern organizations are pointed out. |
