广西茶产业发展现状及技术展望

摘    要:近年来我国茶产业得到快速发展,广西是发展茶产业的理想区域,也是中国重点茶区之一。本文从基本情况、种质资源及茶树品种情况、茶类分布情况3个方面分析了广西茶产业发展的现状,指出产业发展存在的主要问题,预测了广西茶产业的发展趋势,从品种选育、茶树栽培和茶叶加工3个方面对产业未来的主要技术创新方向进行了展望,以期为广西茶产业发展提供参考。

Abstract:China''s tea industry has developed rapidly in recent years.Guangxi is an ideal area for the development of tea industry and one of the key tea areas in China. The current situation of tea industry development in Guangxi was analyzed in this article from three aspects: basic situation, germplasm resources, tea varieties and tea distribution, the main problems in the development of tea industry were pointed out and the development trend of tea industry was predicted in Guangxi.The main technological innovation directions of the future industry were prospected from three aspects: cultivar selection, tea cultivation and tea processing. It is hoped to provide a reference for the development of tea industry in Guangxi.
