聚乳酸纳米复合膜中纳米ZnO的迁移研究

摘    要:研究了浸泡迁移实验对负载5%的石墨烯?氧化锌?左旋聚乳酸/左旋聚乳酸复合薄膜材料中纳米氧化锌迁移量的影响,主要探究了在不同食品模拟液(酸性、油性和水性)、温度(30°、45 ℃和60 ℃)和浸泡时间(3、5、7 d和10 d)3种条件对薄膜迁移含量、膜的表观结构和水汽透过率的影响. 结果表明:在3种环境中均检测到不同程度的纳米氧化锌粒子迁移. 其中,纳米氧化锌的迁移规律如下:油性环境>酸性环境>水性环境,且随着温度和时间的延长,迁移量增加,导致纤维膜表面粗糙,水气透过率增加.

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of immersion migration experiment on the migration amount of nano zinc oxide in 5% GO-ZnO-PLLA/PLLA (polylactic acid) composite films were quantitatively studied by full immersion method and atomic absorption spectrometry. The effects of different food simulants (acid, oil and water), temperature (30, 45 ℃ and 60 ℃) and immersion time (3, 5, 7 d and 10 d) on the migration content, apparent structure and water vapor permeability of the film were mainly explored. The results showed that different degrees of nano-ZnO particle migration were detected in the three environments. Among them, the migration law of nano-ZnO is as follows: oil environment > acidic environment > water environment. With the extension of temperature and time, the migration increases, resulting in rough surface of fiber membrane and high water vapor permeability. Experimental significance is good.
