2-己基噻吩的合成与表征

摘    要:以噻吩为原料,经Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应制得2-己酰基噻吩,然后,2-己酰基噻吩经wolf-Kishner-黄鸣龙还原反应合成了目标产物2-己基噻吩,总收率为65%以上.通过1H NMR、MS分析确证了2-己酰基噻吩与标题化合物的结构.

Abstract:The 1-(thiophen-2-yl)-hexan-1-one was synthesized with thiophene and hexanoyl chloride as starting materials by friedel-crafts reaction,then 2-hexylthiophene was prepared via Wolf-Kishner-Huang reduction reaction from 1-(thiophen-2-yl)-hexan-1-one.The target compound 2-hexylthiophene was prepared with its total yield reaching 65 %.The structures of 1-(thiophen-2-yl)-hexan-1-one and 2-hexylthiophene were determined by 1H NMR,MS analysis.
