| 摘 要： | 在博大精深的孔子思想理论体系中.蕴含着丰富的经济管理思想.主要包括遵循经济规律、重视劳力资源的开发、强调管理的道德性、奖勤罚懒等.虽然圃于时代的原因,这些思想显得有些粗糙,但只要我们能够深入细致.认真探宛,还是可以发现其中所蕴含的科学因子,对令人也有启发意义和可资借鉴之处.

| Abstract: | The profound ideology system of Confucius contains abundant economy management thoughts,which includes the idea of abiding by the economic laws and focusing on the labor resource development,stressing the management ethics and giving award for the diligent and punishment for the lazy,etc.Although the ideology seems crude due to the limitation of time,we could find out some scientific elements in his ideology after a careful study.They are both instructive and worth our efforts to learn and study. |
