| 摘 要： | 建设项目环境影响评价是项目的立项、审批、建设、验收、运行、管理过程中的一个重要环节。根据造纸行业的特点,结合实际工作中的具体案例,描述了造纸项目环境影响评价中有关产业政策、工程分析、污染防治措施、选址、清洁生产等篇章的编写过程中应关注的问题。

| Abstract: | The environmental impact assessment of construction project is an important part of the courses of a project,including program,approval,construction,inspection,operation and management.In this paper,based on the characteristics of paper industry,combined with practical work in specific cases,the author describes the problems which should be concerned about when preparing for the chapter of environmental impact assessment of paper projects.These problems are related to industrial policy,engineering analysis,pollution prevention and control measures,site selection,clean production and so on. |
