| 摘 要： | 本文通过对１９７７２６轴承的使用、解体、检修现场及有关轴承制造厂的实地调查研究，对该型轴承在段修时轴承报废缺陷分类统计分析及密封罩拉伸工艺变形理论分析，找出其中有关轴承密封结构上存在的主要问题，并对造成锈蚀失效的原因进行探讨。

| Abstract: | The utility, dismembering , service, and on-spot bearing production are examinedin this paper for the 197726-type roller bearings. Based on the statistics of the classificationof failures caused due to imperfection in the products during routine station service and theanalysis of large elongation of the seal cases in cold forming process as well, main issues regarding the sealing structures of the bearings are investigated and the forms of failure induced by rust corrosion are discussed in detail. |
