| 摘 要： | 政府管理创新是我国经济发展方式转变的关键。我国的经济发展虽保持了长期高速增长态势,但长期依赖投资和进口,结构性矛盾依然存在,分配正义还远没有实现。为此,政府管理创新应能促进生产创新、结构优化和分配正义。

| Abstract: | Government management innovation is the key of transformation of economic development mode.Although the economic development of China has kept a high growth rate for many years,its long-term dependence on investment and import and the existing structural contradictions of it hinders the realization of distribution justice.Therefore,government management innovation should promote production innovation,structure optimization and distribution justice. |
