| Abstract: | GaSb is an important semiconductor material.The structure and characterization of GaSb melt need to realize clearly because of the big-diameter requirement of its crystal materials.Present research status of liquid GaSb was reviewed and the scientific meaning of research on the viscosity of GaSb melt was analyzed in this paper.The limitations and the future development potential were also discussed. |
