| 摘 要： | 测试生成是数字电路测试的关键问题之一,文章闸述计算机辅助测试系统DCTS-CAT仪中测试图形产生的确定法和部分随机法。研究表明采用的方法满足功能级在线检测要求,测试速度较快,测试的错误覆盖率较高。

| Abstract: | The generation of test pattern is one of the critical problems in digital circuit testing. The paper expounds determinate test pattern generation and partial random test pattern generation in the CAT In-circuit Test System-DCTS -CAT. The strategies mentioned are characterized by its fast test speed and high faulty circuit coverage and applicable for on-line test. |
