钢板激光光声信号低频特性分析

摘    要:利用YAG固体激光器产生的脉冲激光照射到钢板表面,采用加速度计拾取激光产生的脉冲光声信号,对脉冲光声信号进行了功率谱分析,得出小于25kHz的低频激光光声信号是一个含有多种频率的复频信号,其功率谱峰所对应的频率大小与样品无关。

Abstract:In this paper, we have used the accelerometer to receive the photoacoustie signal which was produced from ultrasonic pulse due to caused by a pulse YAG laser in steel, then analyzed the power spectrum about it. It was found that the photoacoustic signal which frequency is less then 25kHz is a complex frequency signal which is comprised of many frequencies. The frequency of the power spectrum peaks was not influenced by the samples.
