| 摘 要： | 采用毛细管区带电泳法测定了枳实中柚皮素的含量．在30mmol／LNa2B4O7缓冲溶液（pH=10．00）的条件下，实现了被测组分的有效分离．测得的枳实中柚皮素的含量为：0．5867mg／g，RSD=4．12％（n=4）．柚皮素的平均回收率为114．7％（n=3）．为中药枳实的质量控制提供了新方法．

| Abstract: | The capillary zone electrophoresis is used for the determination of the content of the naringenin in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus. In 30 mmol/L Na2B4O7 buffer condition （pH = 10. 00）, the component＇ s effective separation has been achieved. The content of naringenin in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus is 0. 5867 mg/g, RSD =4. 12% （n =4）. The average recovery of naringenin is 114.7% （n =3）. A new method of the quality control of Fructus Aurantii lmmaturus herb is given. |
