摘    要:针对ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning)在企业处于动态变化的供应链中可重构能力、战略性合作伙伴建立、整体协调与优化功能较弱等不足,在对企业生产经营活动深入研究的基础上,从系统的观点出发,提出了一个基于多Agent的供应链管理系统的模型,并应用分布式人工智能理论及分析方法,给出了基于KQML(Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language)语言实现供应链多代理之间的协调机制.提出了一个基于CORBA-Web(Common Object Request Broker Architecture-Web)平台供应链管理系统较为完整的解决方案,分析了该系统中多Agent基于CORBA-Web平台的运作机制;给出了系统初步的应用.应用结果表明,与ERP相比,系统的智能性和自动化程度得到了明显的提高,以订单处理为例,较之于ERP,订单处理效率提高了30%以上.

Abstract:In allusion to the weakness of ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) in reconfigurable ability, found of strategic cooperated partner and optimization , a kind of SCM(Supply Chain Management) system is put forward on the basis of deep analysis to manufacturing and management in enterprise. The harmonizing mechanism between agents in SCM is discussed based on KQML(Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language) applying distributed artificial intelligence theory and method. A integrated scheme of SCM system is put forward based on CORBA-Web(Common Object Request Broker Architecture-Web) flat, and the working mechanism of agents in SCM system based on the flat is analyzed. Finally, an example of the primary application of the system is given, comparing with ERP, the intelligence and automatization degree have been greatly improved and the efficency has been increased by over 30 percent in order transacting.
