| 摘 要： | 针对布鲁氏菌BCSP-31蛋白基因设计一对引物,优化反应条件,对布鲁氏菌属6个代表菌株以及与布鲁氏菌有交叉反应的对照菌株进行扩增,结果能够对布鲁氏菌属6个代表菌株进行很好扩增,扩增片段大小为223bp,而对照菌株不能扩增,使用该方法最低可以检测20个细菌. |

| Abstract: | A study was on the specificity and sensitivity about PCR of 31KDa protein gene for B.abortus. The DNA product is 223 bp. DNA were extracted with kit from 6 species Brucella. The DNA of 6 species Brucella strains were amplified by the primers of 31 KDa,but not for the DNA of Y. enterocolitica O:9,E.coli 157 and S. typhimuium strains .A sensitivity of the PCR with examined Brucella DNA is 96fg. It was about 20 CFU. |
