试论孔子的教育革新思想

孔子是我国古代杰出的思想家、政治家,也是中国教育史上一位伟大的教育革新家.他顺应时代的要求,首创私学,主张“有教无类“,革新了教育制度;他“删诗书、定礼乐、修春秋“,把“六经“作为教育的主要材料,革新了教学内容;首倡分科教学,主张德、智、体、美和谐发展;他大胆探索,提出了许多有创见性的教育思想、教学原则和方法,给我们留下了丰富而宝贵的教育遗产.孔子的教育革新思想与他的进步的政治思想和哲学思想密切相关.

On the Confucian Thought of Education Innovation

Confucius was an outstanding thinker,politician in ancient China,and a great educational reformer in Chinese educational history as well.Conforming with the demand of the time,he initiated privite schools,favored "teaching without discrimination" and reformed the educational system.He revised the Book of Songs,the Spring and Autumn,and set up the ceremony-music.To reform teaching content,he used Six Classics as the chief teaching materials.He advocated subject-specific teaching and held that the students develop harmoniously in morality,intelligence,physique and aesthetic ability.He pursuited heroically and put forward a lot of new educational thoughts,teaching principles and methods,leaving behind rich and valuable educational heritage.Confucius' thought of educational reform is closely related to his proressive political and philosophical ideas.
