| 摘 要： | 对于环境问题,现行的国民账户体系是要负一定责任的。这是由于现行国民账户在环境方面的缺陷造成的。建立绿色的国民账户体系是必要和必然的。那么具体来说现行的国民账户体系在环境方面的缺陷有哪些,建立绿色国民账户的方法是怎样的,绿色国民账户将会给经济带来怎样的影响是本文讨论的主题。
