摘    要:为提高换热站的热效率,以青岛热力公司恩波热力站为对象,建立了基于传递函数的汽水换热站仿真模型。对通过调节蒸汽进汽阀门来控制供水温度的现有运行方式和通过调节疏水阀门控制供水温度的新运行方式进行了仿真分析。结果表明:在获得相同供水温度的前提下,新的运行方式可以提高蒸汽的利用率;在仿真实验条件下,换热器的热效率由95.49%提高到了96.13%,效率由34.7%提高到了35.9%。

Abstract:A transfer function model of a vapor-liquid heat exchanger in the heating network of Qingdao, Shandong Province, was used to model the dynamics of the heat exchanger. The two operational modes were analyzed by the model controlled the steam inlet valve and the drain water valve based on the return water temperature. The results indicate that for the same supply water temperature, the control of the drain water valve improves the vapor capacity factor. For the tested conditions, the energy capacity factor is improved from 95.49% to 96.13% and the exergy capacity factor is improved from 34.7% to 35.9%.
