风机叶片引下线断裂故障检测与定位方法

摘    要:风机叶片引下线出现断裂故障,将直接威胁风机的安全运行,然而当前关于叶片引下线断裂故障的检测与定位研究较少。为此,选取2.5 MW真机叶片引下线,并考虑其分支结构,以注入脉冲法为故障检测和定位手段,搭建了叶片引下线断裂故障仿真模型和实验平台,从仿真和实验角度开展叶片引下线断裂故障检测与定位方法研究。研究结果表明,含分支结构的叶片引下线发生断裂故障时,仅凭故障波形难以实现故障检测与定位,可通过对故障波形与无故障波形作差找到故障反射波,依据故障反射波完成叶片引下线断裂故障的检测与定位。所提方法具有较强的可行性和有效性,为当前风电场诊断叶片引下线断裂故障提供了新思路。

Abstract:The broken fault of down conductor in the wind turbine blade will directly threaten the safe operation of wind turbine. However, there are few studies on the broken fault detection and location of blade down conductor. The blade down conductor of a 2.5MW real wind turbine is selected and its branch structure is considered in this paper. The pulse injection method is used to detect and locate fault. The simulation model and experimental platform were built, and then the fault detection and location method of blade down conductor was studied by simulation and experiments. The results indicate that it is difficult to detect and locate the fault based on the fault waveform alone when the blade down conductor with branches is faulty. The fault reflected wave can be acquired from the difference of the fault and normal waveform. According to the fault reflected wave, the broken fault of blade down conductor can be detected and located. The method in this paper is feasible and effective, and provides a new idea for wind farm to diagnose broken fault of blade down conductor.
