W/O型含蜡原油乳状液屈服特性研究

摘    要:屈服特性是W/O型含蜡原油乳状液重要的依时流变特性。本文利用VT550流变仪对3种物性不同的含蜡原油,在恒定剪切速率加载方式条件下,研究了其W/O型胶凝含蜡原油乳状液的屈服特性。发现凝点附近的W/O型含蜡原油乳状液形成水滴被包裹在蜡晶结构之中的胶凝体系,只有当剪切应力既能破坏蜡晶的空间网状结构,又能克服分散相液滴间的作用力时,体系才能够屈服产生流动,因此,W/O型乳状液的屈服应力明显高于脱水原油。当体积含水率较低时,屈服应力随含水率的增加幅度较小;当体积含水率较高时,屈服应力随含水率的增加幅度较大。并根据实验结果,总结提出了屈服应力与体积含水率之间的关系式。
