| 摘 要： | 新余市古民居共有百余处，大多数分布于城郊以外的乡野之中，比较著名的有15处。总体上看，新余的古民居没有得到很好的保护，更没有得到开发利用。介绍了新余市古民居的特色及渝水区罗坊镇下寸村明清民居群、渝水区观巢镇汉泉村昼锦堂、分宜县尚睦村邓家大屋等几处典型的古民居，就如何保护和利用新余市古民居，提出了若干建设性建议。

| Abstract: | There are nearly 100 ancient civilian residences in Xinyu city, the majority of which spread in the countryside, The famous ones number 15, In general, they are not well protected, not to mention their development and use, This paper introduces the typical ancient civilian residences in Xinyu and puts forward some suggestions about the protection and development of them. |
