压水堆线圈编码控制棒位置探测器的数学模型

摘    要:为了设计数字式控制棒位置探测器,根据线圈编码棒位探测器编码机理,确定了探测器的3个编码要素,即测量线圈的布置方式、线圈的分组接线方式和衔铁运行位置。提出了包括编码三要素的函数、4个定义以及探测器输出码推导的数学模型。探测器的输出码(GRAY码)矩阵表征了控制棒在堆内的实际运行位置。以大亚湾核电站的控制棒位置探测器为例,其输出码计算结果表明了线圈编码棒位探测器的数学模型的正确性。该数学模型对于其他类型的数字式棒位探测器同样适用。

Abstract:For designing a digital control-rod position detector and calculating its output binary code easily, the coding mechanism of a coil-coding control-rod position detector has coding factors for the secondary coil arrangement, the coil connections in a group and the magnetic armature position. A mathematical model was developed to relate these factors to the output binary code matrix of the detector. The output which is a GRAY code indicates the control rod position in the reactor. The calculated detector output codes for the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant agreed with measured data. The model can also be used for other digital control-rod position detectors.
