摘    要:高血脂与心血管疾病密切相关,研究发现补充具有胆盐水解酶活力的益生菌可以有效改善脂质代谢,因此对实验室现有的水解胆盐能力较强的植物乳杆菌AR113和水解胆盐能力较差的干酪乳杆菌LC2W进行体内降血脂试验,探讨其对高脂饮食小鼠血脂的影响。以ICR小鼠为实验动物,随机分成4组:对照组、高脂模型组、高脂模型+菌株AR113组、高脂模型+菌株LC2W组。4周造模成功后开始连续灌胃菌液4周,研究其对小鼠体重、脏器指数、血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、肝脏TC和甘油三酯(TG)的影响。结果显示菌株AR113比LC2W降低血清血脂和肝脏血脂效果更好,菌株AR113对高脂血症小鼠具有显著的降胆固醇作用。

Abstract:Hyperlipidemia is closely related to cardiovascular diseases. It is found that supplementation with probiotics which have high bile salt hydrolase activity can contribute to improving lipid metabolism. Lactobacillus plantarum AR113, which has a strong ability to hydrolyze bile salts in vitro, and Lactobacillus casei LC2W, which has a poor ability to hydrolyze bile salts, were both kept in laboratory and examined in vivo to explore their effects on lowering blood lipid levels in high-fat diet mice. ICR mice were used as experimental animals and randomly divided into 4 groups: normal chow group, high-fat group, high-fat + strain AR113 group, and high-fat+strain LC2W group. After 4 weeks of high-fat-diet induced hyperlipidemia successfully, bacterias were gavaged for 4 weeks. Body weight, organ index, serum total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), liver TC and triglycerides (TG) were examined to analyze the anti-hyperlipidemia efffect of two Lactobacillus strains respectively. The results showed that compared with strain LC2W, strain AR113 was more effective in lowering serum lipids and hepatic lipids. AR113 had a significant cholesterol-lowering effect on hyperlipidemia mice.
