基于CAN总线的矿井通风监测系统的设计

摘    要:为监测矿井通风状况,设计了基于CAN总线的矿井通风实时监测系统。主要介绍了CAN总线监测节点、PCI-CAN总线智能适配卡以及监测系统软件的设计。系统通过CAN总线与监控主机连接进行通信,完成对大规模节点温度、风速等数据的实时监控。该系统较传统矿井监测系统传输距离远、监测节点数量多、实时性及可靠性强。

Abstract:We designed a CAN bus based real-time mine ventilation monitoring system for monitoring the status of mine ventilation. We presented the design of monitoring node of CAN bus, PCI-CAN smart adapter card and its software. It communicates with a host monitoring computer by CAN bus and performs real-time monitoring for temperature and wind velocity of large number of nodes. It has such positives as longer transmission distance, more monitoring nodes, better real-time characteristic and higher reliability, as compared with other traditional mine ventilation monitoring system.
