| 摘 要： | 为实现生产过程较优方案对企业生产管理的有效支持,制定了符合企业实际情况的资源优化控制链系统.通过资源优化控制链的建立,使生产管理网络层对生产目标进行分析,选择最优的资源组合方式,确保生产计划的精益性、准确性、可供选择性,为生产管理提供了高效的生产策略保障.资源优化控制链通过先进生产管理手段的应用,来实现资源以及生产的平衡性和流动性,达到生产过程的均衡性和创新性的总体目标.
