辽河油田曙一区SAGD产出液高温脱水工艺现场试验研究

摘    要:以国外合作研究和室内试验数据为依据,对曙一区SAGD产出液高温脱水进行现场中试试验.现场试验成果表明,采用二段热化学沉降脱水工艺,加入xx破乳剂250~~500 mg/L,脱水温度为155~170℃,沉降时间2.5~3.5 h,可使净化原油含水低于3%,可以满足生产要求.

Abstract:Based on the results of collaborative researches and indoor--experiments aboard, carried on pilot scale test on high--temperature dehydration of produced fluid in Shu Yi area.Tests shown that when using two--stage thermochemical settling dehydration technology, adding in 250-500 mg/L xx emulsion breaker, at dehydration temperature 155-170 ℃, settling for 2.5-3.5 hours, we can made the water content of dehydrated oil lower than 3%,which could meet the producing demands.
