摘    要:某热电厂3#锅炉受热面积灰结渣使得排烟温度严重偏高,影响其高效经济运行.通过在锅炉受热面加装4台HQ型声波吹灰器,有效解决锅炉受热面积灰问题,使用效果明显,效益显著.

Abstract:The high exhaust gas temperature of No.3 boiler in one thermal power plant was much higher than design standard.It was because of slagging in the heating surface.The economic operation of boiler was limited.Then 4 HQ steam sonic wave soot blowers were installed on the surface of boiler.The slag was cleaned up.Good results and obvious benefit were received.
