| Abstract: | Innovation and development is a permanent theme Ocean Strategy＂ theory original of the marketing economy, this in managing student＇s affair in university. By applying the ＂Blue paper analyzes several practical aspects of student affairs, such as student evaluation, defending students＇ rights and helping the needy, psychological health education as well as the career development education, assuming innovation and development will be done of the university affair management in the new situation. |
