摘    要:生态脆弱区农户薪柴采集是导致水土流失的主要因素之一,而农户传统炊事能源的升级对于地表植被恢复以及生态环境改善都有着重要意义.论文利用长汀县社会统计数据以及农户调查数据,阐述了农户炊事能源的变迁过程,并揭示了农户炊事能源升级的森林保护效应.研究结果表明,主要在农户生计变化驱动下,农户炊事能源结构中薪柴比重逐渐下降,人均能源消耗量则呈现出先上升后下降态势,二者导致户均薪柴消耗量的稳定下降;而薪柴的节省使大面积的森林免遭砍伐,有效保护了森林,促进植被覆盖率和森林覆盖率的不断提高.

Abstract:Firewood collection is one of the main reasons of soil erosion in ecological fragile regions. Rural households cooking energy upgrade is of great significance for vegetation restoration and ecological improvement. Based on social statistical data and rural households' questionnaires, the households cooking energy upgrade process and its impact on forest conservation were systematically analyzed. Research result showed that firewood ratio of cooking energy decreased steadily,while the energy consumption per capita had a decline trend after an initial ascent. And both resulted to stable decrease of firewood consumption per household. Therefore, firewood saving protected a great deal of forest from clearing, which promoted the sustained increase of vegetation coverage rate and forest coverage rate.
