责任政府视角下许昌钧瓷产业整合与开发问题研究

经济文化特色建设需与地方特色、资源等优势紧密结合.钧瓷产业发展对许昌经济文化特色建设至关重要,但其面临行业科技装备水平普遍不高、产品档次低、缺少龙头企业带动、高层次人才匮乏等诸多问题.鉴此,地方政府应采取以下措施：支持和引导钧瓷企业加大技术装备投入,加强境内学校的钧瓷特色专业建设,培养创新型钧瓷技术人才,进一步打造“钧瓷名片”,加大钧瓷创新力度,以推动钧瓷产业的整合与开发,促进许昌经济文化特色建设和形成.

A Study on Integration and Development of Xuchang Jun Porcelain Industries： Based on the Responsibilities of the City Government

Xuchang is the unique source place of Jun porcelain and hereby the integration and development of Jun porcelain industries is of great importance to the building of its economy and culture. This dissertation first points out the significance of the research on Jun Porcelain industries based on the government responsibilities, then explores the problems related and finally comes up with the approaches to developing and integrating Jun porcelain industries.
