摘    要:三七黑斑病是云南三七产区内的一种重要病害。针对目前生产上三七黑斑病防治用药不规范,存在多、乱、杂的现象,该研究采用田间接种病原后药剂喷施对三七黑斑病的防效观察、比色法测定施药后总皂苷含量的方法,分析参试杀菌剂保苗、防病效果及对三七质量影响。结果表明参试杀菌剂对黑斑病均有不同程度防效,经杀菌剂处理后的三七总皂苷含量与对照相比无显著差异。综合试验研究结果,建议在生产上推广使用25%丙环唑水剂2000倍液、30%爱苗乳油3000倍液、25%腈菌唑水剂2000倍液。

Abstract:Sanqi(Panax notoginseng) black spot disease is one of the primary diseases in Wenshan sanqi planting region. There exist multiple, chaotic and complex phenomena in applying fungicides at present. In order to regulate drug application, the paper analyzes the effect of the tested fungicides on protecting seedling, preventing of disease and quality of panax notoginseng by observing the control effect of spraying fungicides after field inoculation of pathogenic agents and applying colorimetric determination of total saponin content. The result shows that all the fungicides have prevention effect but it varies in degrees and total saponin content after fungicide treatment has no significant difference compared with the control group. The paper recommends using 25% of propiconazole agent diluted 2000 times, 30% Aimiao EC 3000 times, 25% myclobutanil agent group 2000 times for prevention of the black spot disease.
