摘    要:温汤浸种是一种物理的消毒方法,即借助一定温度在恒温或变温的条件下,杀死潜伏或沾附在种子内外的病菌。通过对不同温度梯度下不同时间处理与三七出苗率关系的研究,明确适当的高温处理对三七的发芽无不良影响。在30~40℃,浸种时间在25 min以内,其出苗率均在91%以上。采取人工接种病原后进行温汤处理表明,除30℃/5~10 min的处理防效较差外,各处理防效均在75%以上。综合出苗率、对种腐控制效果及安全生产等多因素考虑,建议生产上进行温汤浸种时,水温控制在35~40℃,浸种时间15~20 min为宜。

A Study on the Control Effect of Hot-water Treatment of Seeds on Seeds Rot Caused by Alternaria Panax Whetz

Abstract:Hot water soaking sterilization is a physical method, which kills latent bacterial or bacterial adhering to the inside and outside of the seed under constant or variable temperature conditions. The research discovers that making the notoginseng seeds soak in hot water 30~ 40 ℃ / 25 min has no adverse effect to the sprouting of notoginseng and their germination rate is over 91%. The control effect of hot water treatment after artificial pathogen inoculation is above 75%, except that the control effect of 30℃ / 5 ~ 10 min processing is poorer. On the basis of germination rate, control effect for seed rot and safety production, the result recommends the combination of water temperature at 35~40 ℃ and soaking time 15~20 min when soaking seeds in hot water.
