| Abstract: | This paper introduces the significance of that the institutional investors participate in the company management,analyzes on the experiments of American institutional investors' participating actively in the company management and their inspiration to China,expounds the difficult position faced by Chinese institutional investors in participating in the company management,and points out the paths for Chinese institutional investors to participate in the company management. |
