医学院校实习生党员教育管理工作的思考

实习生党员教育管理是医学院校大学生政治思想教育中的重要组成部分，但由于医学教育的特殊性，实习生党员将在医院临床实习近一年时间，不能及时参与学校党的组织生活、接受党组织的教育、管理和监督。因此，如何提高对医学高校实习生党员教育管理工作能力，是医学高校学生党建工作者的重要任务之一。

Thinking about the Education for Medical Interns of Party Members

The education and administration work of Intern Party members is an important part of ideological and political education of Medical College Students.Due to specialties of medical education,Intern Party members are going to be clinical interns in nearly a year,and can not to take part in school activities of the Party organization,education,management and supervision of Party Organizations. So how to improve the management ability of Party member education in medical college interns is an important task of the party construction workers in Medical College students.
