| 摘 要： | 以塑料端板为实例，借助Moldflow软件对其浇口位置、注射压力、填充时间、保压压力、保压时间、冷却时间、气穴、熔接痕等进行注塑模拟分析。根据分析结果对实际注塑工艺的优化提出指导意见，经实践检验优化后的注塑工艺在实际应用中取得了很好效果。
