| Abstract: | The design and calculation methods for fixed-yeast fluidized biological reactor used to refining alcohol were conducted on the basis of small trial, middle trial and small-scale production trial of 2 years and the theory of alcohol fermentation. The design procedure and calculations of the fluidized-bed biological reactor were presented in this paper. Test run showed that the reactor for an annual output of 30 ton alcohol was correct in calculation and reasonable in technology. |
