| 摘 要： | 利用Schoenmakers建立的使用梯度洗脱来快速选择等度条件的理论,确定分离一组化合物的最佳二元流动相体系,即甲醇-水、四氢呋喃-水、乙腈-水.以这3种体系作为三角形的3个顶点,再利用重叠分辨率法优化四元流动相组成.利用该优化得到的最佳四元流动相体系对二茂铁酰基硫脲类异构体衍生物进行了有效分离.

| Abstract: | The binary mobile phase optimum composition as the three corners of the solvent triangle is calculated with the theory established by Schoemaker,which is gradient elution for rapid selection of isocratic conditions.The binary mobile phases are methanol-water,THF-water and acetonitrile-water.Then,the optimization of the quaternary mobile phase composition is achieved by using the overlapping resolution method,and finally the optimized results are used to separate the six N-ferrocenoyl-N'-arylthiourea isomeri... |
