| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种新型的,先进的经济形态,是集经济,技术和社会于一体的系统工程。发展循环经济是实现可持续发展战略的重要途径。本文阐述了循环经济的原则,特征及其产业体系,进而提出发展循环经济所需的制度条件,最后对我国循环经济的发展提出一定建议。

| Abstract: | Circular economy is an advanced economy. As a systemsatic engineering,it includs economy, technology and society. Developing circular economy is an important way to implement sustainable development strategy. At first, this paper expounds the principles, characteristics, and the industrial system of circular economy. Then it puts forward the institutional condition of developing circular economy. At last, it analyzes the countermeasure of developing circular economy in China. |
