摘    要:针对传统的混凝土结构加固用纤维增强热固性复合材料的一系列缺点,提出用热塑性树脂来制备加固用复合材料.并且研究了连续芳纶纤维Keylar49增强热塑性树脂基复合材料的模压成型工艺和片材力学性能.所研制的复合材料力学性能达到国外现有加固材料指标.纤维和片材的SEM照片表明该材料的破坏是韧性破坏,且纤维和树脂存在最佳配比,在该配比下树脂能良好地浸润纤维束.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of traditional fiber reinforced thermoset plastics (FRP) for strengthening concrete structures,this paper suggests a thermoplastic for this usage. The moulding technique and the mechanical properties of the continuous Kevlar49 fiber reinforced thermoplastics (CFRTP) are studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of the CFRTP can compare with that existing FRPs.The scanning electron microscope (SEM) of fibers and composites shows that the rupture is not brittle, and there is an optimal ratio between fiber and resin.
