高硅铝比高岭土制取白炭黑的工艺研究

摘    要:采用单因素试验设计法考察了高硅铝比的高岭土煅烧活化与酸浸联合工艺制取白炭黑的最佳工艺条件 ,其中煅烧温度为 70 0℃ ,煅烧时间为 1h ,酸浸温度为 90℃ ,酸浸时间为 1h ,酸浓度为 2 0 % ,可达到 6 8%的浸取率 .

Abstract:The kaoline having a high mole ratio of SiO2 to A12O3 is suggested as the raw material for processing white carbon. In this process, calcining activation and acid leaching are often combined together. In this investigation, the mono- factor experiment design method is employed to give the optimum technical conditions. From the experimental results, it could be seen that the optimum calcining temperature, calcining time, leaching temperature, leaching time, and concentration of hydrochloric acid are 700 ℃, 1h, 90 ℃, 1 h and 20 % respectively.
