| 摘 要： | 人的全面发展学说是马克思主义学说的灵魂,它以人的发展为最终目的,是一个不断完善的渐进过程,包含着丰富的内涵。在当代建设中国特色社会主义的历史进程中,人的全面发展又被赋予了新的时代内涵,使人获得更加平等的、和谐的全面可持续发展。健全人格是当代社会的诉求,也是实现人的全面发展的基础和前提条件,人格教育的重要方面就是培养健全人格。明确人格教育的概念和特征,重视人格教育,不仅符合现代社会的发展需要,更是实现人的全面发展的重要途径。
