醚化-三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂与部分水解的聚丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物的合成及螯合金属离子机理的初步探讨

摘    要:甲醇醚化的三聚氰胺-甲醛缩聚树脂与部分水解的聚丙烯酸甲酯发生交联反应,合成了可用于痕量元素富集分离的高分子复合物。实验表明,在pH4时,痕量的Cr(Ⅲ),Pb(Ⅱ),Hg(Ⅱ)离子能被0.1g吸附剂定量富集,回收率超过95%。利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)详细研究了富集酸度、洗脱条件、共存离子干扰、饱和吸附量、分析精密度,并用于实际废水样品的分析,结果较满意。

Abstract:Cross linking reaction of hydrolyzed poly (acrylic methyl ester) and novel chelating resin was firstly synthesized and the adsorption characteristics of the resin as selective adsorbent were studied in details.The experimental results show that trace Cr(III),Pb(II),and Hg(II) ions can be enriched quantitatively by 0.1 g of the resin adsorbent at pH 4,with recoveries 〉95%.The enrichment acidity,elution conditions,interference ions,and analytical precision on the PEC adsorbent are investigated by determination means of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES).In addition,analysis of the actual waste water sample proves satisfied.
