HFC-161混合物替代HCFC-22的变工况性能分析

摘    要:用HFC-161混合物HFC-161/125/32作为HCFC-22新型替代制冷剂,分析其变工况性能,并与HCFC-22的两种主要替代物R407C、R410A进行了对比.结果表明,混合物HFC-161的热力学性能与HCFC-22接近,环境性能良好,ODP值为零,GWP值小于HCFC-22、R407C、R410A;在较大的工况范围内,仍具有作为HCFC-22替代制冷剂的潜力。

Abstract:Cycle performances of HFC-161 mixture as an alternative refrigerant to HCFC-22 under varying working conditions are analyzed.The calculation results are compared with R407C and R410A.Theoretical analysis indicates that the thermodynamic performances of HFC-161 mixture are close to those of HCFC22.This new substance has friendly environmental properties,its ODP is zero,and its GWP is smaller than that of HCFC-22,R407C and R410A.Under broad working conditions,this new working substance still has the potential to be an alternative refrigerant to HCFC-22.
