| 摘 要： | 本文在评述洋务运动与洋务派的实质及其作用的基础上,讨论了中国第一批纺织工厂的兴起原因,分别阐述了几家近代纺织工厂的兴办过程。文章着重对第一批纺织工厂在中国近代历史上所起的作用和教训进行较详细的分析。
