| 摘 要： | 提出了一种MPEG压缩域上的快速场景分割算，该算法可以对缓变效果进行检测，它采用了依次对MPEG码流中的I帧间、P帧间、B帧间的场景分割进行定位的方法检测场景突变，采用N个连续I帧之间的不相似性检测场景缓变，在该算法的基础上可以快速地完成对MPEG码流的分割，并对每个场景提取I帧作为关键帧，从而为视频数据库的建立提供了基础。

| Abstract: | A fast scene change detection algorithm was proposed, in which the gradual effect could be detected. In this algorithm, the scene change was first located between I frames, and then P, B frames successively, and the gradual effect was detected using successive N I frames. By this algorithm it is convenient to find each scene and pick out the I frame as key frame, thus a video database could be easily established. |
